How do I reach someone about my sauna purchase?

First thing to do is reach out to your Sauna Specialist. If you can’t remember who they are, you can reach out to customercare@infraredsauna.com and ask them to find out for you.

Do your saunas come assembled? Or, do I need to hire someone to put it together?

We recommend 2 people to assemble most of our sauna models and three for the very large units. Generally, it takes 1 to 2.5 hours to put the sauna together depending on the size.

All of the electrical is preinstalled and the connections just plug in under the bench and in the ceiling as you put the sauna together. The walls connect with high pressure bindings using male/female locking system. 98% of our customers put their sauna together themselves without any help.

How long does it take to get a sauna once I order it?

Most saunas are in stock and will arrive in 1-2 weeks after you place your order. We are back ordered on some models however, your sales person can provide current and future inventory updates.

I already ordered my sauna but forgot to ask how high are your EMF/ELF levels?

We are the company that pioneered the Low-EMF infrared heater back in 2007. Our competitors were saying 800mg was a safe level when our heaters were below 3mg. All of our saunas are Low-EMF and we guarantee the readings will be virtually zero where you are sitting in the sauna.

The World Health Organization recommends levels below 3mg.

We are also the only company to reduce the ELF (electric fields) to 3-5 times below the threshold of concern. We have measured our leading competitor to be 20x above the threshold of concern.

How do I maintain my sauna?

Your Clearlight Sauna is very low maintenance and we recommend putting a towel on the bench and a towel on the floor during all sauna sessions.

  • When you are finished with your sauna you can leave the door cracked with the sauna on for 5 minutes to dry out any remaining sweat.

  • Once a month or so you can use an organic cleaner diluted with some water on a moist cloth to wipe down the floor, bench and backrest.

That’s pretty much all that’s needed.

I forgot to ask but, what's the difference between standard and medical grade chromotherapy?

The difference between our Medical Grade and Standard Chromotherapy is the intensity.

The Medical Grade Chromotherapy contains 96 LED’s with 12 colors. Standard Chromotherapy includes 15 LED’s with 6 colors.

Will attaching the HaloOne mount to the inside of the sauna affect either warranty? AND, What height (on the wall) would work best for maximum efficiency?

No, mounting the HALO ONE to the wall will not void the warranty for either product.

A comfortable and optimal position is directly on the right wall (as you are standing looking into the sauna) about 3 inches down from the ceiling.

How do I cancel my sauna order?

First thing to do is reach out to your Sauna Specialist. If you can’t remember who they are, you can reach out to customercare@infraredsauna.com and ask them to find out for you.

Once you speak with your Sauna Specialist and tell them the reason you would like to cancel your order, they will go over all of the details with you.

After Shipment FAQ’s

What if my sauna arrives damaged?

No problem!  We can do a few things;

1. Replace the part that is damaged

2. If necessary, replace the sauna completely

3. Send you tools to repair the damage or scratches

How long will it take to arrive once shipped?

Typically, it takes from 3-7 days to arrive depending on where you live and a few other circumstances but, typically 5 days on average.

Will someone contact me when it ships?

Yes!  You will receive an email letting you know it has shipped.  Then you will receive a phone call from the carrier (shipping company) making arrangements for delivery. They will provide an estimated date of arrival and work with you to have it delivered to you final destination.

Will the driver bring my sauna into my home?

Our delivery partners are not allowed to bring the sauna into your residence however, depending on the location, driveway and driver, they will most likely bring the sauna into your garage for you to handle from there.

How will my sauna be shipped?

Your Clearlight Sauna comes on a pallet containing 3 to 4 boxes with 2 panels in each box. When your sauna arrives at the local freight terminal, the freight company will call to schedule the delivery that is convenient for you.

The freight company will deliver your sauna at the appointed time on a lift-gate truck. The driver will take the sauna off the truck and depending on the driver, off load it into your garage or in a safe and dry location.

White Glove/Assembly FAQ’s

What is White Glove Installation Service?

White Glove services are offered by companies who have trained staff that can safely handle and install certain items.  Some of their services may also include: Complete removal of all boxes and pallets.

Our Installation Partner 153 Install will do all of the above.

Does Clearlight offer White Glove Service?

Clearlight does not offer White Glove Service however, we have a very good partner called 153 Install that can do the installation for you. You can reach them here at: www.complete2install.com

They are very good at what they do and we trust them with all our North American installation of our saunas.

How much is White Glove Service?

It all depends on the sauna model but, this complete service can range from $700 to $975 but, it is well worth the price.

How does the White Glove Service work?

Once your sauna has been delivered, the White Glove installers will arrive when you schedule them. We do not recommend that you schedule them the same day as the delivery because, deliveries can be delayed for many reasons and then your installer will not be able to do the job and you will have to reschedule.

***The most important thing is the have any required electrical work done PRIOR to the install***

If your electrical is not completed, the the installers can build your sauna but, they will not be able to test the heaters and all the other components which is critical for proper installation.
